"I was sent to State Farm by a Account Specialist after trying to get a new policy for my recently-purchased vehicle and was saved from potentially countless painful hours on the phone. I was quoted something utterly ridiculous & made to feel inadequate by the previous insurer whom I used for my previous vehicle (name rhymes with Gibberty Fruitful) & when I spoke with Grant from Statefarm; it was like I finally made it out of the Psych Ward of dehumanization & finally got human help. He was so chill and understanding. Incredibly personable with an authentic personality. He did not have to sacrifice who he was to do his job & he did it very well & got me a reasonable quote in half the time it took the "person" from the other company. Granted, it may be an unfortunate business stance for the other party & Statefarm might just be eating good right now. Whatever the case; send some business their way while the eating is good & ask for Grant."
